My name is Kate Greenleaf. I'm a graduate from The Institute for Integrative Nutrition. I am a board certified holistic health and nutrition coach and a certified massage therapist through the Kripalu Center Bodywork Program. My work is based from a diverse background, having overcome many personal obstacles to reach my own personal growth and maintain good health and well being. I truly believe in the clarity of mind from eating well and this has only been heightened since raising a family.
Through my life and practice I have discovered that eating well, true nourishment, changes everything. I founded Greenleaf Holistic to help others get clear about which foods support their bodies best and which foods they would be better off without. It has been my pleasure to help clients with their diets and to help them find out how empowering and enlightening it can be, changing your diet can change your whole life.
In addition to health coaching, I'm also a yoga instructor and massage therapist. I work at Trapp Family Lodge in Stowe VT, leading open yoga classes in their beautiful studio space as well as the Grange Hall Cultural Center. I also teach private group classes and corporate retreats with the focus on mindfulness and relaxation, practicing yoga and aromatherapy using therapeutic grade essential oils.
Applying over two decades of yoga and massage experience, I provide guidance and support to my clients and students with a step-by-step process. For many clients I custom-tailor to their personal needs, empowering them to create profound healing within their own body. Along the lines of teaching, I also give group talks on health and wellness, working with my individual clients on meeting their nutrition and lifestyle goals.
I live in the hills of Vermont of Waterbury Center with my family. When I'm not spending time with them I enjoy hiking the green mountains, devoting time to my yoga practice, spending time outdoors and cooking. Also love walking with our family dog, Boomer. :)
